1."Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol" (Paramount/Skydance): $46.2 million on its second weekend, expanding from 425 theaters to 3,448 theaters. $43 million overseas in 45 foreign markets. Domestic total: $78.6 million. International total: $140 million.
2. "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" (Warner Bros.): $31.8 million on its second weekend, down 49%. $22.3 million overseas in 25 foreign markets. Domestic total: $90.6 million. International total: $46.1 million.
