In new interface/design of Gmail it does not appear the option of deletion like as before.Many thing is changed here.Easy way to delete a mail or many mail at once from inbox,spam etc.
Log in to your Gmail, inter into your inbox or spam folder.than mark those mail which is want to delete.than see a picture/icon of dust bean, so click on it. DONE !
See given photo for more clear.If your theme is different from basic format You can change it while loading you email page during log in.
