Jagielka out to end poor Everton run at Anfield

Everton chief Phil Jagielka is urgent to end the club's winless fled against Liverpool.

The Toffees have not been successful at Anfield in the Premier League for 15 years, with Roberto Martinez's men having been steered 4-0 last season.

The last time that Everton guaranteed gloating rights on their chief rivals' turf was in September 1999, when they won an awful tempered derby 1-0 cordiality of Kevin Campbell's initial objective, and Jagielka is quick to keep away from a rehash of January's pulverizing thrashing.

"Last season, as you can envision, there wasn't much said on that voyage," he reviewed to the Liverpool Echo.

you're discussing a great deal of furious individuals and hopeless appearances. That is the thing that you'd anticipate from any annihilation, not to mention the overwhelming thrashing we had to our most outstanding adversaries.

"When you are made chief, you need to take a gander at an average win rate. You need to see the group score more objectives and keep all the more clean sheets.

"I've been urgent to win each time we've been to Anfield, we all have been. So then the results we've had, and how calm the transport has been thereafter, is not a pleasant feeling.

"You can't change the past however a win is long late. It would be an incredible spot for us to give our season an alternate kick-begin and get us going up the alliance."

While boasting rights are up for gets, both groups need to stimulate their seasons after languid begins. Liverpool have lost consecutive diversions, while Everton have just won once this season, with guard a foundation for concern.

Martinez's men have surrendered 13 objectives in 2014-15, in the wake of transportation six against Chelsea and three at home to Crystal Palace in their last group excursion.

"It's been horrendously baffling," Jagielka yielded. "Being chief and at the core of a protection that has surrendered such a large number of is intense. It puts a glare all over and makes things a bit harder to hold up under yet I put stock in the players around me and I think we can go on a run and keep clean sheets.

"There have likely been 10 individual mistakes by eight or nine separate players so its not one individual committing rehashed errors or one reliable thing. It's been a list of mistakes. Us as players need to remained up in specific circumstances and remove the mix-ups."
