Justin Bieber's attorney Howard Weitzman has issued a statement denying the allegations

An audiotape got by TMZ uncovers a 911 bring in which a man recognized in the suit as Michael Munoz asserts that he has been bolted inside a Subway restaurant in the wake of being pursued by "Justin Bieber's bodyguard."

Justin Bieber's bodyguards have been blamed for attack a few times in the past - and now Justin Bieber is confronting yet an alternate claim affirming that his individual security staff struck a picture taker.

The call was put on that night that Bieber was captured for inebriated racing in Miami. Munoz affirms that he was taking pictures of Bieber as he left the SET Nightclub.

Bieber professedly got furious, and his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson sought after Munoz into an adjacent Subway where he bolted the entryway behind them and requested that Munoz erase the photographs he'd taken.

As per the suit, the bodyguard punched and kicked Munoz and afterward coercively endeavored to evacuate Munoz's memory card.

Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman has issued an announcement denying the affirmations.

"This new claim documented by a paparazzo is yet an alternate squeeze for cash," says Weitzman.

He may have a point: Munoz never said being punched or kicked by Patterson when he documented his starting police report and he purportedly wrangled with the bodyguard at the time of the occurrence, offering to offer the pics to Bieber for $10,000.

So there are unquestionably a few gaps in Munoz' story. Indeed thus, this could spell further inconvenience for Justin.
