The video begins with Katy Perry as an elderly lady, with her husband, whom she clearly isn’t connected to. Throughout the video, she has flashbacks of the happy moments with the man she loved, played by Diego Luna. Both artists, they lived together painting side by side and enjoying life together. Though they were harmonious at one point, their art tore them apart.
