The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star had recently left her auto at the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild when the kerfuffle emitted around 3pm.
In a feature posted on site Tmz.com, Kardashian seems to lurch quickly after an individual lurches towards her feet.

Ex-writer Vitalii Sediuk, a previous Ukrainian TV columnist, told The Associated Press in an email that he is the individual in the feature, and that he had just been attempting to embrace the star.
