Rihanna will join rapper Jay-Z on the bill for Radio 1's Hackney Weekend

Singer Rihanna will join Rapper Jay-Z, and Tini Tempah car in Florence and the bill for Radio 1's Week 2012 hack is announced.

The singer from Barbados will be the main attraction of the free event on Sunday, June 24 - swamps of East London, hackney.

Jay-Z, who is married to singer Beyonce will headline on Saturday, June 23.

Musicians Jessie j, Ed Sheeran, Professor Green, Leona Lewis, and DJ-date, the program is, Flo Rida, and Will.i.am of the weekend as more than 100 artists performing on six stages in the UK and internationally including the BBC-1 Published on stage, radio 1Xtra attempt to dance in the stage of New music We trust stage and the BBC-round.

Ticket registration has now closed but those who have registered will be able to apply for tickets at 11am on Sunday March 25 and at 4pm on Monday March 26 at bbc.co.uk/radio1

Radio 1 100,000 tickets available for those who pay a membership fee.
